My goal is to offer to those people with a taste for vinyl; the opportunity to enjoy their pastime. By offering quality records at a reasonable price, I believe that I have made this much easier and enjoyable to do. Table of Contents Store Policies My Grading SystemIf there is a Problem Notes on Shipping Buying without PayPal Contact Information Search my Database to find your favorite Artists I have thousands of records listed and not listed; so I may have what you’re looking for. Simply use the eMail link on this page, to ask me about any record you are looking for. The eMail link is found by clicking the Contact Information link above.
A few words about Store Policy I try to grade my offerings accurately and conservatively. I want my buyers to be happy when they receive their records. All my records are completely guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any record, there is a seven day item return period. Contact me via e-mail to make arrangements to return it. Please look closely at the photos because what you see is what you get. I do not spend a lot of time on grading the album jackets. I just grade all of them as VG+, and upgrade them to NM or EX as needed. On the High Dollar collectibles, I do take the time to grade each jacket, and elaborate on their condition. Mostly though; I sell the records for listening to. Vinyl listeners seem to understand that the jackets get worn. Most vinylphiles are concerned about the playability of their records, and the ability of the jackets to protect them. For the vinyl; I grade all my records with a bright bare light bulb, inches from the record, but I do not play them. If I have missed something, please do not hesitate to contact me. I accept the premise that the buyer has listened to the record and I have not, therefore the buyer is in a better position grade its condition. It does me no good to have dissatisfied buyers. I strive to offer higher quality records at reasonable prices. The records I sell are for listening to. If you are looking to buy wonderful, playable recordings you are shopping with the right seller. You will never be embarrassed to put one of my records on the turntable for guests!
I do not list records with any kind of
potential problems. It does me no good to offer records that are problematic. This site has the
best what I have to offer. I want my customers to feel at ease when purchasing my records, knowing
that the condition promised is what they will receive. Sealed = (Sealed) Unopened recording. I do not use the term 'MINT'. Be sure to examine the photos closely in such records. Even though they are sealed, the jackets sometimes show wear and have breaks in the cellophane. Please look closely for damage paying close attention to the corners. Near Mint = (NM) This could be anything from just opened; to a dozen or more playings. There may be some very light surface scuffs, or light fingerprints, but audibly clean. I want to emphasize that ‘Near Mint’ means exactly that: NEAR Mint; not MINT. Excellent = (EX) At some point, in the repeated playing of records, they change from ‘Near Mint’ to ‘Excellent’. There is no detraction from the audio quality, but it is no longer NM; but almost. There should be no pops and nominal crackle. Very Good Plus = (VG+) There may be light scratches and scuffs, but are audibly inconspicuous. As good as any record in most high quality collections. Occasional pops and acceptable crackle. There may be hairlines or occasional light scratches that are visible under good lighting.
Keep this in mind ~ My Very Good Plus records are better than
most other sellers Near Mint. If you are not satisfied, you can simply return it for a refund. This guarantee
extends for seven days from your receiving the package. The shipping box used to send your records,
can be turned inside out for any returns.
I try not list records with any kind of potential problems. I do not listen to all the records; that would not be possible. That said; I do understand that you, the customer, will listen to them. If there is a problem you are in a better position to ascertain it, after all you have listened to it and I have not. Notify Me Immediately ~ If there is a problem; e-Mail me as soon as possible. You can use the ‘Click Here’ link below; or anywhere else there is an e-Mail link. Once you contact me, I will supply you with any return instructions. Please allow two days for me to acknowledge your e-Mail. Return The Item ~ Every record is shipped in a cardboard mailer that can be turned inside out for return shipping. I will return all the money that you have paid. Upon return of the item, your problem will be evaluated to see if I will be responsible for any return shipping charges. If the return is sustained I will foot the bill; otherwise the buyer has to pay for return shipping. In any case, you should keep the postage receipt and be prepared to send me a copy; if the returned item is lost in the mail. Do Not Worry ~ If you follow these instructions, your money will be fully refunded.

If you are buying a combination of 12" and 7" records, you must pay for the 12" records as usual, then the first two 7" records are free; after which three 7" records count as one 12" record. (Remember these terms are for shipments containing both 12" and 7" records)

There are so many countries, with so many shipping charges that I had to find a simple method for each buyer to understand their own situation. In an effort to make international shipping easier to use and understand, I decided to make all international shipping one price. If your regular shipping charge for one record is $12.48, then your charges will be ten dollars. If you live in a country where shipping is $11.98, then your shipping will be ten dollars. In effect, I take the hit of two to three dollars (which I already do for US shipping), but then everyone pays the same shipping charges. I believe that this would make everything much simpler and easier for everyone to use.
As Always, . . . . A Disclaimer I have learned that different countries treat their mail in different ways. For example, I have learned that anything I mailed to Germany gets there in one piece and with no damage while disappearances and damages are commonplace when mailing to Poland or Italy. I make the PayPal billing documents amendable, so a buyer can add the appropriate insurance if they desire. You know what your local postal system is like. I will not be responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged and you should insure you items accordingly.
PayPal seems to be the preferred method of payment for internet commerce. I like it because I do not need to be responsible for your credit card numbers. However, many people do not use PayPal. If you are one of those people, buying without PayPal is a little slower, but you still have that option. Basically, you contact me via e-Mail, stating that you wish to purchase a record. Please include the record number(s) in the eMail. Those record(s) will be removed from the database for seven days. If payment is not received during this time period, the record(s) will be relisted in the data base for sale. Once I have received the payment, and the funds have cleared my bank, your order will be shipped the following day. Sometimes people will decide to "buy" some records, but for whatever reason they do not send the payment. For this reason first time buyers will be limited to three records. Once you have notified me that you wish to buy a record, that record will be removed from the database. If payment is not received within seven days, the record will be relisted; and available for anyone else to purchase. If you want buy without using PayPal
